FAQs

Sponsor is responsible for decorating the provided altar. Sponsors should expect to decorate the week of Sept 21 and be fully decorated by Sept 25. Decoration will take place on site at Gilroy Center for the Arts. Specific time windows will made available at time of sponsorship.

Sponsor altars will be unveiled at Gilroy Center for the Arts on Friday, Oct 2nd and be on display until Wed, Oct 21st. On Oct 24th, the morning of the festival, the ofrendas will be rolled out to 5th st. (between Monterey Hwy and Eigleberry St) and be on display for the Gilroy community to enjoy.

Sponsors should make arrangements to have a representative breakdown ofrendas and collect their items at the closing of the festival, Oct 24th. Ofrendas that are left decorated will have contents disposed of or donated.
